fooling the customers with fake offers sent through sms

Location/place: banglore

Name of company/service: tatadocomo

I got a SMS from tata dococmo “Congrats! Rs.19 FREE Talktime only for YOU!! Recharge with RC 19 and get Rs.19 Talktime valid for 30days + All STD/Local calls @ 1.5/2sec (45/Min) for 60days.” received from TD-610401. when I made recharge for the same, I did not get any mentioned benefits. This is the third time I am facing such problem. When I give comliant , they say we don’t have such offers and such were sent by them. They are trying to fool the customers with fake offers.
