NOT ABLE TO MAKE ANY OUTGOING CALLS

I’m using BSNL postpaid number 9433040675 for the last few years. Around 45 days ago i’ve ‘PORT’ my number and switch over to AIRCEL. I’ve already paid my last post paid bill with BSNL.

Even after making timely payment i’m unable make any outgoing calls from my new operator AIRCEL. Upon enquiring from AIRCEL,i’ve come to know that BSNL instructed AIRCEL to stop my outgoing calls. As per BSNL i’ve amount due with them. But, i’ve already made the timely payment.
