Double Charges

Dear Sir

I am holder of Credit card No. 5126229219164186 .

CASE No.1

I got a call from your customer service department for online transaction of INR1680.81 on 11.03.2013, I replied negative thus my previous card was blocked and fresh card was issued.

Even thought above reporting, charges charged to me and after complain to customer service I informed to pay and reversal will be taken place in next statement which was never completed till date, same was reported through DISPUTED FORM as second column.

CASE No.2

This transaction was made on 17.08.2013 for Rs.3501.00(Three Thousand Five Hundred & One Only). I neither received any SMS as payment confirmation nor was the same confirmed by the vendor website. Due to non confirmation of the payment I have made another payment. Un Paid amount is charged to me and I understood the same after receipt of my Monthly statement for the month of September 2013, the same was informed to your customer service department and I understood it would be needed submission of DISPUTE FORM for reversal. I filled from my registered email addressed on 28.09.2013. No action has been taken on the same and after several months the customer service department has requested us to re-submission of the DISPUTE FORM, after re-submission the same was rejected with reason of time bar. I have already initiated my action within 70 days i.e 28.09.2013. No action at your end will not escaped at your end.

I have paid all my dues till date apart the above disputed amount along with other charges on it. Please waive off the charges.
