maturity amount is not received

Dear sir
My policy is matured on 11-02-2015.and I submit my document in policy office.but till date I will not received my amount.and when I will visit in office then they said that youre document is miss place.and say come after 15 days.
Its mistake is company not my.so please do some thing about this matter.
