I’m Dr. Abhishek , my idea post paid no. Is 9368658070. My bill amount of rs. 722 was due on 22nd, Which I was unable to pay due to travelling. But my credit limit is supposed to be more than the bill amount. But ur idea people or system barred my outgoing without any prior notice or any kind of warning. I really don’t understand that who was incharge of making such decisions. is it the computer system as ur staff always tell or is it the people behind that computer system who are trying to control others life . I made the payment on 4th march. I waited for 24 hrs to get the outgoing back but still there seems to b no response from ur idea services. I went to the idea store , airtalk, the emporium, sanjay place, agra. They checked my receipt and told that they had wrongly fed the no. In the system and the outgoing will commence in 15 mins to one hr. Since it was holi the next day and it will a holiday for ur idea office I reconfirmed the concerned person there .. he assured me that it will be surely done automatically by the system..
It has been more than 48 hrs since I ‘ve paid the bill but I don’t understand y I’m getting such ill treatment from idea. I tried ur customer care no. But ur customer care executive seems to b unavailable all this time… Y do I ‘ve to suffer bcoz of the incompetent staff u have hired. I have been in such trouble since last two days bcoz of the same. Today wen I was travelling, my car broke down in the midway but I couldn’t call up my family bcuz of ur stupid connection barring. I had to wait on the road as it was holiday and no convenience was available n i had to beg someone literally to make a call to my family so they can come n pick me up. This was the most bitter experience I have got today on the ocassion of holi bcoz your staff paid my bill to some other no. Or they wrongly typed the no. In the system. And then ur idea services, staff and server hadn’t been good enough and also not available to commence my outgoing calls. I’m not able to call up friends and family and wish them on this occasion . I have been soooo irritated and frustuated bcoz of the same. I’m on the verge of the mental breakdown due to this and would not hesitate to file a case against idea soon.
