Doesn’t cool and produces rotten smell from the day of purchasing.

I have bought a Symphony Cooler: Model-Winter,Product-Serial No.-1411614253417 ,Purchase
date:-23-05-14 ,price-12,000.,I have complaint several times through their site,mail

([email protected]) as well as through mobile(+91-79-26424430 && +91-79-26425930),but they

didn’t responded to it.Every time they closed my request by sending a message that “Product Repair

estimate was given and is not approved by You.We have closed your complaint.” I am asking ,Since the

cooler is not functioning from the Day 1 after purchasing and giving some rotten smell when I Use to Switch

it ON.”It is under warranty period for 1 year.”I have complained several times regarding this,but issue has

not yet been resolved and it is going to be 43 days of purchasing it.The company is making fool to their

customers and doing fraudulent.
