I recently baught a Beats Headphones from Amazon.in. The price quoted by the seller was 499 rs. + shipping charges. I used my debit card for payment.
An hour later i got call from the seller ,i.e EES BEE Group stating that the product cant be delivered to the given address since amazon doesnt ships over that place,(which by the way is wrong because amazon accepted that address). The seller told me that he will directly deliver it to my place through some courier guy.
I had conversation with the seller atleast 4-5 times till then there was no issue.
30 min after i recieved a mail through amazon stating that my order has been cancelled due to pricing error of the seller.
When i called to the EES BEE group the guy said he forgot to put the a 9 after 499.
The seller is not ready to listen.
Thereby i request consumer forum to look into the appeal and help me.
Many negative reviews against seller had already been placed over amazon ,please cross check for further verification.
