Customer Care Is not resolving the issue from last 3 months

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a Reliance PCO number 09307536584 from last 3 Years. Currently incoming is working fine but Now I am facing outgoing problem on the same number. When I make a out going call from same number, getting a IVR voice “because of location change, not able to make a outgoing call”. I am facing this problem last 6-7 months and registered a complain many times in Reliance customer care also.
Last complain numbers are:

222230926

On today, I have registered another complain again 222292430

As per reliaance customer care executive, for this problem I have to visit Reliance dealer in Kanpur but the dealer’s number they has provided me don’t have dealership of reliance.

I am really disappointed by the reliance customer care services.
