Does not get amount after recharge

I m using uninor sim(8273354322) and i recharged my number with Rs 18 and 8 respectively on 9-june 2012…At dat time the msg came recharge sucessfully..but i didn’t get the balance yet..after calling to customer care they says that we cannot take any action and neither they are listening nor they are refunding my balance..so plz take action regarding the same..thankyou..
