I have given an order in timtara.com on 2nd of April 2012. Order no 10228892. As the order was not shipped by 2nd of may, I requested for cancellation of my order, but still now it is not yet cancelled or my money is refunded. Whenever I give them a call they say that the order will be cancelled by 3-4 days and our concerned department will give you a cal within 48 hours, but nobody gives a call back, and this has happen more than 10 times. But want my money back from this thief company
