Sir/Madam,
I had purchase a TATA Photon Device from M/s Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. (an agency working on behalf
of TATA Photon) at a total cost of Rs. 1199/- vide their Receipt No. 3311 dated 5.5.2012.
Payment was made by me through my ICICI Credit card & ICICI Bank transaction was done through their ID No. 749846 dated2.4.2012 to Vritiinfocom-Billdesk on April 02, 20212, at 15.24.11hrs.).A TATA PHOTON+ (Pre-paid) Kit No. A0000013E3ABA2 was provided to me with a assurance that I will get its DCC No. soon for its activation. I made so many request to TATA Photon customer care via emails. On investigation from the Tata Photon I came to know that M/s Virti Infocom is not dealing with Pre-paid connection, inadvertantly, they sent me the pre-paid device, so, they will refund my amount Rs.1199/- and the amount will credited in my credit card account.
Now even of frequent reminders through e-mail to customer care of TATA Photon, I am not getting any favourable response from them.
Further, I hereby mentioned that Device/ Kit was too old, launched
by TATA on Diwali occation (an old stock).
I request you to kindly look into the matter because I had purchased a product in faith that I am going to buy a product of esteem organisation of my country but I am very disappointed by their response.
