Deducting money in the name of 2g/3g

Name of company/service: Airtel India

I have suffered loss of around Rs.1000
(approx)within a month on my prepaid mobile number. The reason being downloading games from Airtel WAP services , when i have not applied to any such service nor browsed to download games. Inspite of repeated complaints, it has been occuring on a regular basis.
