Name of company/service: DEN Digital Set Top Box
We had filled the subscriber form of DEN Digital Set top box for the subscription of the package form twice. But still after filling the form our connection has been disconnected saying that your form has not been submitted to them. Today is the third dayof the disconnection and we have not recieved any fruitfull answer related to this.
