WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION FROM LAST 7 MONTHS

Name of company/service: RELIANCE COMMUNICATION (GSM PREPAID)

Dear sir,
I am Goutam Agrawal using Reliance GSM service actully i activated Whatsapp service on my mobile in dec 2012 and after one month i deactivate that service from my side but this service is get auto renewed every month. i talk to many custumer care representative many time but they did’t provide any satisfactory service to me. i also mailed about this problem to their senior officer but till now i am not getting any satisfactory responce.And from DEC 2012 to till date every month 16 RS is deducted from my balance.so please look in to the matter and provide me my compansatioin as soon as possible.
