Hi,
I had made recharge on my Vodafone mobile using the rechargeonlinenow.com,but didn’t got any balance in my mobile and the money was deducted from my account. I made numerous call on there helpline number 011-68006800. Their associate repeats the same thing every time, that i will get balance and “bla..bla” the coumplaint number which they are providing on follow-up with them in it regard they say that they is no complaint number which i had provided them. I’m having four such complaint numbers even i have provided then with the transaction number which i got after recharge. They told me to write a mail in this regards on [email protected] but the email is permanently not working. I hope i get my recharge balance otherwise i will take further steps. I’m having all the recording of call with call center executive and having screen shots of when it did recharde.
