I have bought a ballerina from a shop named juta ghar located at pandri. And later on after reaching home i found it uncomfortable, one cudn’t walk wearing that. Thn i went to return it but the shopkeeper denied to return n asked for an xchange. I thought ohk, i can xchange. And after that i dint find any satisfactory collection out there though having visited 3-4 tymings. Last tym wen i went there i asked them to keep der footwear wid them and provide me with a credit note or receiving against it so that der product will be safe n i can buy anything wenevr i wish. Bt dey denied to provide me the credit note and said to take the footwear wid me and bring it back wen i wish to xchange. N today before visiting der i saw d footwear, it was totally in good condition, bt wen i visited der i put dat box on der counter and was sitting little far from counter. Tiday also der stock was not a little impressive so i asked for xchange n after a while dwy opened d box in our absence and i dont know wat dey had did wid that footwear, dey called me n wer saying that its defected n dey wont xchange it.we had a big argument ovr der bt thn too got no redressal. I want my money back. Kindly help through it.
