Not Resolving My Problem and Customer relations is unfriendly

Sir,
I have purchased a 305 Classic enfield (meroon) at Dankuni, Kolkata Royal Enfield showroom on 25.02.2014. From the first day I follow a problem of dropping the engine oil from bottom drain line plug.Then, I called a phone in this service center and they advice me to tightness the plug nut but the problem was not solve. Then I attend the first service at 28.03.2014 and specially note the problem but after servicing same problem arise and dropping the engine oil from bottom nut too more after riding the byke. So, it is to inform you that their 1st service is very poor to me cause my problem does not solve from their end. After that I handover my byke before near about 1.5 months ago from today to showroom service center.
I was contact every time by phone, but they are not showing any responsibility or interest to deliver my royal enfield byke from your end.
It is so lengthy process to solve the problem, I think it was major problem,
So please solve my problem.
