I am a Dell Consumer, purchased a laptop in the year 2012 August which is still within it’s warranty. Since last 3 months I am facing multiple issues and Dell is every time changing part by part that is effecting my work. 3 months 5 parts replacement is very critical. When I asked them for complete system replacement they informed “I am free to write an email to any one and escalate it to any one and they will not provide any system replacement rather a part replace / repair. As a consumer I request for the right of support in this concern.
