Consignment got stolen

Name of company/service: INDIAN POST

I sent a registered parcel with consignment number RM089353457IN on the 22nd Apr 2013. from Mumbai Shardashram pincode – 400028 to Panog Himachal – 173029

When the parcel reached to the addresse the article inside was stolen & the parcel was repacked..

please help me & take proper action against Indian post
