decuction of by balance

I have a balance of Rs 86 on 10/5/13 . by the time suddenly idea cellular has deducted by balance by 75 rupees . then when i called to costumer care for that they told me that your miss call alert is activated so this amount is deducted . how can they activate miss call alert by there own wish and deduct my money . and when i told the same to them they told me that they have called me once and i have received that call so miss call alert is activated . how can a service is activated by receiving a call with out my wish . after that i have try 6 to 7 times to the costumer care they have ignored my call and not responding me well.
