delivery of ticket to another unkwon person

Location/place: new delhi

I had booked 4 tickets of delhi daredevils match on 18th april 2013 from book my show.
Their shipping co. FedEx delivers ticket to mr. Ashok chaudhry with out my knowledge & I didnt get any info about delivery.
Now they say they are not responsible for mis delivery. How can I helped.
