Hi,
My name is Akhil Kumar Gupta residing in New delhi. I have booked a household product from www.tradus.com website on 6th march 2013. After few days tradus updated the courier company name and AWB no on their website. It is Professionl couriers(http://www.tpcindia.com/). I tracked my Awb no on their website and every time it was showing in transit.
When i didn’t get my courier after 20 days of booking i contacted to professional couriers at their delhi branch, dwarka branch, gurgaon branch but didn’t find any solution from them. talked to near about 5-6 people regarding this courier. Then i wrote a mail to their higher authorities and tell them about this issue. They assured me not to worry as they will find out your couriers as soon as possible and let me know. After 5 days i got a mail from their side that your parcel has been lost in transit. This is the only line they have written in their reply. Then i replied back to them and asked them about the compensation or cost for the courier but i didn’t get any reply from them. They just replied me that your courier has been lost but they didn’t tell me about the compensation amount. I have the full gmail conversation with me. I am very much frustarted by the service provided by professional courier that’s why i decided to complaint about them at consumer forum.Please help me out from this mental harassment created by professional courier. I am waiting for a positive reply from your side.
