I have bought a flat in Andheri (East) from a builder and go the possession in Jan 2013.

I have not been given a parking allotment even after the repeated followup. It has been communicated to me that builder will only allocate a parking against the cash money of Rs 2.5L and no receipts will be provided for this payment.

Please let know what is the legal process to get the parking allotment to be done here.
