Delivery of faulty items

I have given a order for mobile Nokia Lumia-510(Order No-1149234266)on 31st July.They delivered me on 05 Aug. when I inspect it, it’s camera was faulty(two lines are appear on it when takes any snap & remains on clicked photo) when I complained it on same day (request number is 3052596.)they ask that they will get back it but after some days when they do not collect the product back, then I again ask them, then they ask me to send it on my own expenses then I send it to them by Courier on 12 Aug & they received it on Aug. After one week I call them for the status of my product then they told me that they have send my product to Nokia Care for repair & after 10 working days they will replaced it if nor repaired. After 16 days when I again ask for Product then they told me that they have already send product to me. On 31st Aug I received the product by courier but when I open the packet it was the same faulty product which was previously given to me and the faults in camera was also there .I again contact to company but now they are not responding and every time say that they will call me within 24 hours and no any call is coming from there..Sir Please help me so that I can get replaced/return it to the company..
