Hi,
My concern is to aware about the bad and pathetic service of NOIDA service center of Micromax mobiles.
NOIDA Micromax service center address (M/S SATGURU COMMUNICATION-SHOP NO-1, GF,DHARAMPALI PALACE, NEAR VINAYAK HOSPITAL,SECTOR -27, NOIDA,POST CODE-201301,LANDLINE NO.-0120-6411414,MOBILE NO.-“9911865050) ,They do not have the Basic Training and sense that how to treat with the customer.I submitted my micromax smart phone on 20th-aug13 but did not received phone till now and from the service center they have closed the case from their side, as i received the massage from service center that they have solved my Phone’s problem and when i visited your service center they told me that your phone has not been repair yet, it will take more time, as i asked them what is the reason, but they bluntly said they do not know as it will repair ,they will call me.
They are deceiving and playing dirty tricks with the customer by closing the case within their SLA without given back the mobiles to customers and said “we have closed the case and will give back to you whenever it will be repair” and they even do not have the sense and way to speak. i would like to inform you it is not only happened and happening with me.they are closing each and every case without solving the problems of their customer. there is not after sales service from your side or may be you guys are just ignoring , because if you check each and every case which comes there ,they closed the case with 24 hr without solving the problem of the customer.
its been 14 days i did not get my phone and there is no concrete answer/solution that will i get my phone or not. I want to escalate this matter to higher level.
