No escalation for cable TV issues

Location/place: Bangalore

TTN network is doing nothing to help customers when they call for service
:
1.The compaint is taken in 2 days and they come on 3rd day.
2. No escalation point as per eules call cneter should have cancellation point
3. In the website they mention n9 am -9 pm but they copme after 10 dont pick up hone and when once in a while they pick up they say we will comw @ x time and never come and when you become frustated and call again they dont pick up…THERE IOS BASIC LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE INFRASTARUCTURE……NO ESCALTION POINTS JUST WAIT AS IF ITS A CHARITY THEY DO TO US
