I had ordered 3 qty of Tupperware Best Lunch from Indiaplaza, I received only 1 qty with Bill for 3 qty, I did not accept the 1 qty given by the courior asked him to return it back. And raised a ticket in indaplaza on the issue on 11 July. I did not get any reply from them. On 17th July The courier guy has come again with the same single item and handed it over to the security guard of my flat asking him to deliver it to me. This is completely a fraud done on me. I followed up agin with Indiaplaza got no reply, I had to call them and yell at them for reponse.There response was will look into it and get back, They had not even bothered to look into the ticket I had raised. when I asked them to cancell the order they said it will be done in a day time. Now it is 3 days they have not yet cancelled my order and again when I called them they say the need one more day to cancell. In the mean time I neither have the product I purchased neither I am aware when would I get the refund.
