Wrong engraving pens of Parker has been sent to me & does not take return.

Sir,
I purchased four pens of Parker from RediffShopping on 12th July which has order no.7243592. I have selected four names to engrave on four different pens but due to their technical fault they engraved two names on four pens; that means one pair pen contains same name & another pair contains same name.
I have request them to take return through e-mail but they did not give any satisfactory reply.

Therefore I request you to take quick action against them.
