my E6 handset purchased in Aug 2011 had the 1st problem in early June. The ear piece was changed FOC by NCC center. Immediately the phone started having touch pad problem and now it is lying in NCC since 5/7. Im asking customer care of nokia to replace the phone with a new one and i shall bear the cost difference in case i opt for the better model but there is no valid response from the nokia team.
