Delaying my Refund

i bought a pair of Louis Philip shoes from trendin.com on 02/02/2015 and received my order on 06/02/2015 when i checked the product the size of the shoe was small and i asked them for exchange. Trendin.com said we dont have product to product return policy we either credit vouchers in your trendin account or you can ask for refund. the service they provide is very poor and they make customers suffer. I asked for the refund. I sent them my details and they on 28th February 2015 they said details are incorrect and on 08/03/2015 they said they had initiated refunf with bank and i need to check with my bank. They issue diffrent5 excuse after evry time i called them. There executives placed my call on hold and didnt reply i kept waiting for long time and disconnected.

I request you if you could take proper action in it and hep me in getting my 3225 Rupees.
