Dear Sir,
I have ported my no 9870264445 from Airtel to vodafone. Now airtel is asking me to pay Rs 510/- without sending bill. also the charges are excess & not as per my plans. when i contacted with their customer care they said they cannot solve this & i habe to visit their store, when i visited the store they said i have pay the bill without any query. i have written mail to them but not they also asking me to pay without looking at the matter.
I would like to request you to look into the matter.
