we have an airtel digital connection yesterday on 09.03.2015 we had refilled our service with Rs. 390.00 for Mega before we have done the recharge of Rs. 320.00 on 14.02.2015 now if the package is for 1 month then why on 10.03.2015 my service is been discontinued, we have refilled it yesterday but unfortunately it has been refilled to someone else account due to mistake in id but still I have informed your executive at fort branch about it and within 48 hours it will be recharged to my account…
The executive at Airtel Gallery at fort branch has given me your customer care number and said that its toll free if you call through airtel number:
For West 08044448080 and for south 02044448080 and my father had called up on 08044448080 I came to know that this code belongs to Bangalore then how come your executive can give this number to the clients
Also when I called up Airtel digital customer service again and tried to complaint about it hen the guy named Mr. Mahendra from Indore tells me that the gallery is not our authorized dealers they are retailers, I was surprised with this it is written Airtel Gallery whatever it may be its related to Airtel service only right?? then too the guy refused to accept the compliant… We are really very disappointed… We are using airtel sim card, digital connections for so many years but due to lack of proper service we had to submit this complaint…
