I made an online purchase order for a mobile phone through Deals and you on 09th July2012 and paid Rs.3599.00 with my debit card,order no:723979. It was supposed to be delivered in 2-5 working days but no response for more than two weeks. Contacted the support team who told that the said item is out of stock and the amount will be refunded. Till today my money is not refunded and the response is also very poor. It causes me unwanted tension mental trauma. Kindly please look in this matter and do the needful.
