I, Rupa Singha, ex-employee of NEXUS Connection PVT.LTD. I worked over here last 3 years. The company cheated on me and terminated me without any notice. And the reason was I went to face an interview one another private company. But the MD of the company Mr. Niraj Podder gave me the reason that I took training from that company which is not true. When I asked him to show the prove then he told me that he got a call from that company and he terminated me without my salary and incentive for the last month.
This is true that I went to face an Interview but it’s wrong that I took training from that company. I left the company without signed the termination letter.
This is my request to you that please do a step against NEXUS Connection PVT. Ltd. Where nobody secures in this company. They cheated with every employee, they cheated with us. They deduct ESI and PF from our salary but no one get any PF number or ESI Card. They give salary after 45 days sometimes after 60 days. Please help me to get my last salary and incentive from that company. And I wish these things should never happen with anybody like me.
