As per Bus scheduled shown Online for Bus from PUNE to RAJKOT …Arrival time mentioned is 09 Am next day @ Rajkot Which depart from pune @ 5 pm previous day.
Even after telephonic conversation at Patel Travel office they confirm me that bus will directly go to rajkot .but now as per staff bus will is going via Ahmedabad & reach Rajkot @ 1:30 pm next day which is delay of around 4-5 hrs w.r.t mentioned time in online schedule. Which is not acceptable resulted in my business loss !!
If scheduled was correctly written then i would have opted to another bus instead of this bus.
Required my compensation for same otherwise will lodge complaint to Consumer
