Frustrating and a hell experience with whaaky. I have ordered a track suit + Reebok shoes from this terrible site on 28 March and after so many followups on mails (most worst emails I wrote) I received the package on 17 Apr. Can anyone imagine an online order get placed in 21 days. And special things here to mention they have the policy to get the product delivered in 8-10 working days.
Now, the scenario is, I have a problem with the track suit. It is not of proper size. So, I wrote an email to their support on 22 April (which is the 3rd working day to file a return complaint and they also have the policy to file a return complaint within 3 days of the order delivery). And after 3 days,
I got a reply from their complaints department that they can not entertain the complaint as the complaint exceeds 3 days return policy of the website.
I don’t know WHAT KIND OF HELL SERVICE THIS WEBSITE PROVIDE TO THEIR CUSTOMER. ARE THEY WORKING FOR THE CUSTOMER BENEFITS OR THE CUSTOMER FULFILL THE DUTY TO BE ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY. And the most worst thing is this their customer support number always get busy, I have tried so many times to call them on the number mentioned on their website.
REALLY A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER FACED IN ONLINE SHOPPING.
