Delay in courier service

I had purchased a mobile phone through indiatimes shopping. As I had received the product in a damaged condition, I requested them for a reverse pickup for refund of the amount. An executive from Delivery courier had come to pickup the product on 18/04/2014 and my tracking no is 10115603080
Today as on 02/05/2014, indiatimes has not received the product due to which my refund is stuck wit h them. Even after calling daily to both the parties from 20/04/2014, I did not get any proper reply. I request you to kindly look into the matter and register a case against Delivery couriers as the amount involved is rs 8500/-
