I had sent medicines through TRACKON pvt.ltd. on 23rd april 2014.They said to me that they will deliverthe medicins to the given address(at :-long tom hostel, mosabani no 2, po+ ps:- mosabani mines,832104.east singhbhum, jharkhand)within 3-4 days, but they took it to their officein jamshedpur and now the office staffe are says that you have to collect it from our branch office in jamshedpur.
So we had to go to their branch office to collect my medicines on 30th april 2014
