Delayed Cylinder Delivery

I am a single cylier customer of Indane from your agency B. P. Agencies, Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram. My last supply of a cylinder was on 31/03/2010. On finishing that cylinder I booked for a new culinder on 20/07/2010. But I got the delivery only on 10/08/2010. This has put me into great difficulty. Therefore, I request you to instruct your agency to provide me with a new cylinder as early as possible for me being single cylinder custoomer.

    Dear Sir,
    I am Consumer of RAGHU GAS SERVICE in Gurgaon. I have booked a cylinder on 06/06/2010 and they assured the supply within 10 days. However, till date no supply has been made by which we find extreme difficulty for cooking. My booking date is 06/06/2010 but as on today 21/08/2010 even my so many calls & visits to there office, my cylinder is not yet filled.
    This is very suffering for me.
    My Gas connection No. R-42881.
    I want to the agency to enquire about it; the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

    Sir please helps to refill my gas as early as possible.
