dear sir, i am vodaphone prepaid user.my mo. no. is 9839164335.i want to compaliant that vodaphone company start caller tune without my permission, and less balance 2 times in my prepaid a/c.i complaint it in vodafone customer care but i am not satisfied with him.pls help
