Delay by service center

I have a problem, with my fone
Wifi n mobile network does’nt works
Hence i went to service center at eternity mall thane
But they didn’t accepted my fone. A person ther said they don’t handle hardware problems. They said me to check out the other service center in thane. So I went to vashi service center charai thane. They accepted my fone and gave me a job sheet. Job sheet no.27730685967 dated 16/06/2014. A girl working there named vrushali said i’LL get a call on the same day @ 7 pm and will tell abt the problem.
But I didn’t received any call. So I went to the service center the next day. They said that the part ain’t available. They need to order them and told me to come after next 5 days. So I went on 21/06/2014 and they said they have lost the fone.
They told me to wait for next 25 days. My warranty wil be expired in July. The service center I quite far I’ve to travel all the way by auto. So please do the needful n take action against the company as I feel cheated..I am fone less since many days. If they extent some more days I will have to ask for compensation..thank you
