I am Siva Raman from Chennai. I am subscriber for Reliance Broadband Services. My Subscriber ID 343288013370. I have raised a complaint through email to Reliance Broadband, that my internet connection failure on June 13th 2014, complaint id : 221485839, they send an automated email that the issue will be solved within 24 hours, but they didn’t do as they promise from that day I started sending mails to Reliance regarding the issue, but I didn’t get any favourable response from their side at one stage, I asked them to disconnect my connection and refund my deposit, but no reply for that too. I called to their toll free no, but none has picked my calls even after waiting for hours. I am really tired and upset. Now they have generated bill for the month of June 2014, how can I pay for the not working connection for past 10days, in what manner they have billed me? None of the service person or customer care executive called me regarding the issue, very pathetic service.
I want my internet connection to work and should get the deduction for 10days as my connection is not working, or I want my connection to be disconnected immediately and reliance should settle my deposit amount without any deduction. So please interfere in this issue from your side and do the needful
