DELAY TO PROPER SERVICE IN WARRANTY

Sir,
I have a 2 ton inverter split ac within warranty period facing a problem from Last month.Complaint #91185028 on 20.07.2014.Service fellow visited and service certificate raised that pcb fused.Then 15 days gone carrier not active to resolve my issue.In the mean time after every week I was contact to CC they told me same speech within two days service centre call me..but it not!
