Dear Sir,

I have activated 3G Services recently. However there is no 3G service on my phone. In fact, there is no service at all most of the times and the connection speed is very slow when there is a connection. I have tried calling up Vodafone many times but to no avail. The customer care executive always gives excuses from doing the work by asking to call from a different number, from a prepaid number, etc. I am fed up with Vodafone and will consider moving to another carrier if this issue is not resolved.
