I have a complaint against medical retail stores in jamui, bihar, who are providing zolfresh10, alprex and alprazolem composition medicines without asking for doctor’s prescription.
These stores are:
1. Nisha medical, near jamui library
2. Maa gayatri medical, near jamui library
3. Raaj medical jamui
4. Maa kaali medical, new bus stand, jamui

Doctor’s original prescription produced in the medical shop counter.The medecine is available in the shop. But salelman refused to supply medecine to me at any shape

I have a complain of medical store based in mumbai andheri lokhandwala west by the name of get well medical store shastri nagar
No service they say it’s a honedelivery when you order they ask ti send watchman
I took medicine from the store by cash given
On the same day I have asked them to take back some stripes of tablet which was extra I took
Now they are not ready to send money asking to give medicines back but without money their medical licences shud get cancelled
