Name of company/service: Standard chartered Bajaj finserv

Dear Sir/Madam
I had recently issued a bajaj finserv standard chartered credit card in April month .card no. 5491 2456 0075 0786.
I had received the statement of Rs.1126.
I am not getting any satisfactory reply from customer care representatives, I just want to know the details in my statement about the joining fees of Rs. 999 of your credit card.
I was told that I will get the gifts from Bajaj Finserv if I pay the joining fee of Rs. 999 but I am getting no information whatsoever from there side.
Sir Please help me out of this .
I am really very disappointed.

The two complaint numbers I am given is 201206765501 on 5/6/2012 and after waiting for another 15 days I am again given a complaint number 201206892879 on 20/6/2012 and again calling on 27/6/2012 I had given just another complaint no. 201206953873 with a very rude reply that “I don’t know any thing else.
I am not getting any response from the service provider as mentioned above.
