mis selling of insurance company

Name of company/service: ing vysys life insurance company

i had purchased a life insurance policy from ing life insurance co.the benifits i was promised by the agents of company were not mentioned in the policy contract and when i told them (agents)about it they again lied to me and told me that that it is not the original contract and i will get the original contract with all the benifits written in it after some time they stopped taking my phone calls then i approched the branch office of company and told them about froud done by their agents/executives and given a complaint in writing but instead of taking action against them they are supporting their agents/executives.you are requisted to take action against the company and refund my premium amount.

    This is with reference to your complaint alleging misselling and seeking cancellation of the policy. We would like to inform you that our Grievance Officers have spoken with you on 24/12/2010 and 23/06/2011 and a written communication has also been sent to you at your registered address.

    We would like to reiterate that as the per IRDA (Insurance Regulator) regulations, we offer all our customers a 15 day free-look period (from delivery of the policy document), so that customers could review the terms and conditions of their policy and revert to us in the event that they have any issues or concerns with regard to the policy. However in your case, we observe that you have not reverted within the 15 day free look period.

    Based on the above, we regret that we are unable to accede to your request for cancellation of the policy.

    We would however like to take this opportunity to highlight to you that the product which you have bought comes with some great benefits like money back after stipulated time(as per your premium paying term) which can take care of your immediate and short term needs. This policy offers life coverage till the age of 85 years, and in addition it generates bonus every year which gets added to your life cover year on year. The details of the benefits are provided in the policy document, which we request you to go through.

    Please treat the policy as cancelled immediately by paying the surrender value.

    Thank you for approving my appeal against mis-selling of Policy No. 02799307 dated 14.11.2013 by Ing.Life Insurance Co.Pvt.Ltd and it is once again requested to arrange for refund of Total amount of Premium from Novenber,2013 to October,2014 received by Inglife Insurance Co.Pvt.Ltd (presently Exide Chloride Life Insurance Co.as advertised in Media/Newspaper ), through my personal Bank A/C of UBI,BARISHA BRANCH,KOLKATA-700008 and take n/a. against Dibya Sinha,Sales Manager(Mob: 8981325127) & Mr.Santanu Chattopadhyay,Branch Manager(Mob:9903848404) posted at Dhakhuria Branch, Exide Life Insurance(formerly Ing.Life Insurance Co.(P) Ltd,38/3A,Gariahat Road,Narayani Building,4th floor,Kolkata-7000029,West Bengal and please inform the latest action for refund of total Premium received by mis-selling of above Insurance Policy so that I may get relief from Financial distress & for urgent treatment of myself,my wife & my ailing son,who is acute patient of Neuoro-medicine & other illness. Your help & co-operation is highly solicited.

    Your action regarding Mis-Selling of Insurance Policy No.02799307 in the name of Ashutosh Datta,63/1,Dakshinpara Road,PS & PO.THAKURPUKUR,KOLKATA-700063 & illegal withdrawal of Rs.4000/-(Rupees Four thousand) per month without any receipt from Exide Life Insurance Co.Ltd,having office at 38/3A.Gariahat Road,Narayani Building,4th Floor,Kolkata-700029 is not yet received and Exide Life Insurance is frequently sending SMS with different type of gift through VM-EXDLI.
    Once again you are requested to look into the matter earnestly by searching all the facts & circumstances as described in comments one week & 2 weeks ago.
