Defective Product recieved and there is no update on refund or replacement

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Rediff.com

I ordered a 4 in 1 Sewing Machine from rediff.com dated 20th May 2012 Order No. 7127993. The product was delivered on 23rd May 2012. However, the recieved product was defective and after multiple followups for more than 15 days, the defective product was finally picked up from my place on 11th June 2012 wide Aramex AWB# 6261867625. Since, then I have written multiple mails to rediff customer support but there is not a single revert from them about the delivery of the replacement product. I tried calling the Customer Care number 1800 266 2333 but no one responds on this, the calls are answered by IVR and a pre-recorded message keeps on going. Its been more than a month now since when I am struggling to get the fault-free product from rediff.com but in vain. It has started to annoy me now, kindly suggest the next course of action to be taken to get the product replaced or get the refund.
