Location/place: dehradun
Name of company/service: spice mobile
bought spice d.90 IMEI no.358055020616340,
had problem with charging jack,
so send back for repair,
till now its almost more than 45 days and i have not received my mobile back,
person in service center say they have unavailability of spare parts

My refrigerator completed 5 yrs & its warranty period is over…. the service centre authority told me to change my compressor, so I changed it last year by paying rs.5081…
After 10 months again there was a problem…
After talking to the technician they told me to change the compressor again with the amount of 5000 again
When talking for the warranty they denied,
But as per rules the warranty period is 5yrs…
I want help in this regard, as I want to know what the company can compensate for this.
