CHEATING FOR PAYMENTS

I HAVE AN AIRTEL MOBILE NO.9967822888 AT POST PAID PLAN,I WANTED TO CHANGE INTO PREPAID MODE.A LADY PERSON NAMED MISS NEHA SHINDE(TEL:40049034) APPROACHED ME FOR PREVIOUS PAYMENT FOR COLLLECTION(AND INFORMED ME THAT SHE IS CALLING FROM AIRTEL LEGAL DEPT. AND IF I PAY RS.1500/= THE SAME WILL BE TRANSFORMED INTO PREPAID MODE AFTER 10 DAYS.A DOC.BOY NAMED DILIP GUPTA (MOB:9022767570) COLLECTED RS.1500 CASH AND GAVE ME A AIRTEL RECEIPT (NO.A1-1296117)ON 12/2/09.THEREAFTER 6 DAYS I CALLED NEHA SHINDE ,SHE REPLIED TO WAIT TILL 4 MORE DAYS TO GET ACTIVATED INTO PREPAID.NOW SINCE ONE MONTH HAS PASSED ,MY MOBILE NO.9967822888 HAS NOT BEEN TRANSFORMED INTO PREPAID,AND UNABLE TO CONTACT NEHA AND HIS DOCBOY.I ALSO VISITED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ,THEY DENY AND SAID ,THAT PAYMENT HAS RECEIVED,BUT THE MOBILE IS ON LAPSE CONDITION AND RS.835/= IS PENDING AND THEN IT CAN START FOR POSTPAID.
ACCORDING TO ME THIS IS COMPLETE CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER. PLEASE HELP ME TO SORT OUT THIS MATTER.
